  • Let your emotions out 🤯

Today’s task is to let your emotions out. Whatever you’ve been holding back from facing or letting go of, today is the day to face your true feelings and emotions. 

Too often we put things to the back of our minds and try to remain calm and collected. We pretend that things don’t bother us or affect us, however, deep down they are playing in our brains and making us resentful, angry, hurt, or disappointed. 

You can let your emotions out in many different ways, just do what works best for you. It could be crying at a sad film, screaming into a pillow, smashing a plate, writing a letter and burning it, journaling, reiki, going for a run, etc. You need to release your emotions and let go of them, otherwise, they will stay in your body and drain you of your happiness and energy. 

You may need to have some hard conversations with people who have hurt you or forgive yourself for something you have done wrong. Whatever it is that you are holding onto, today is the day to release your emotions and set yourself free! 

You should let your emotions out to...

🙂 Become happier
🚶🏼‍♀️ Move on with your life
😌 Forgive yourself and others
💁🏻‍♀️ Let go of the hold that your emotions have on you 
❤️‍🩹 Heal old wounds 

Don’t hold back—whether it’s hurt, anger, frustration, or anything in between. Feel it, express it, and release it. 🌟

Crying, laughing, screaming, or dancing—let your emotions flow freely and unapologetically.

Remember, your feelings are valid, and expressing them is part of the healing. 💪

Today’s challenge is to be open and honest with the people in your life and with your wants and needs. People aren’t mind-readers and it can be frustrating when other people aren’t fulfilling your needs. However, you need to communicate your needs to them because it’s unfair to assume that they should know exactly what you want from them. 

When you tell people what you truly need, you are giving them a chance to either fulfill your needs or not. Then you can make a fair decision about whether you want to continue to spend your time in their company because it is their choice whether they step up or not. It will help you to create more meaningful and healthy connections with others and to make you happier and more fulfilled in life. 

It can be difficult sometimes to be honest with yourself and others, however, to life a truly happy life you must be open with your wants and expectations of others. You deserve to be happy and have deep connections with the people in your life. 

You should tell people your needs because...

🙂 It will create more positive relationships with others
☺️ You will become happier
🤔 You can decide if people are good enough for you 
🧠 You can’t expect people to be mind readers
🥲 You will be staying true to yourself

Today’s task is to remember to keep asking questions in life. When we were younger we literally questioned anything and everything… and that is how we learned! 

As we get older we sometimes see asking questions as a sign of weakness or inferiority. We may feel like people will be annoyed with us if we keep asking questions. However, it’s always best to ask if you’re unsure of something. 

If you’re unsure, don’t assume or guess, simply ask! You will save yourself and others a lot of wasted time and you will understand peoples needs and expectations quickly. 

Always remain curious and ask about things that you want to learn more about. This will enable you to learn, grow and develop a lot more quickly and show others that you are serious and eager to improve.
