You can attract whatever you want into your life by simply using affirmations daily. You can have everything you’ve always dreamed of; good health, wealth, relationships, fitness, confidence, your dream job, etc.

Affirmations will help you to get to where you want to be and who you want to be quickly because when you believe your affirmations and act accordingly, they will manifest your dream life into existence. The universe gives back to you what you put out, focus on, and ask for every time if you truly believe and feel your affirmations over time.

How to Create Positive Affirmations

You can create your affirmations to suit your needs or check out a selection of affirmations below for different areas of your life.

When creating your affirmations, it’s important to remember…

Affirmations should always be in the present tense because you want your brain to feel and think like you already have what you desire. Never say I “will… I’m going to… used to… I did” etc, use “I am… I have” etc.

Affirmations should only use positive words because your brain cannot distinguish words like “Don’t… won’t… not” etc. Even if your affirmation has a positive meaning your brain doesn’t understand if you don’t want something it just hears the word and gives you that thing; “I don’t have debt” = “Give me more debt” to your brain because it just hears the word debt and focus on that and therefore attracts more debt to you. Therefore, change your affirmation to “I am abundant, money flows effortlessly into my life, I can afford that” etc.

Believe in your affirmations as you say them as if you’ve already received them because you have to believe that you already have the dream body, the healthy relationship, or all the money you could ever need to manifest it into your life. If you don’t feel and believe your affirmations then you’ll not receive them into your life. Practice acting as if you already have all the confidence in the world, the job you’ve always wanted, or whatever it is and the universe will deliver it to you.

How to Use Your Affirmations

I find affirmations are the most powerful when I sit alone somewhere quiet and comfortable, preferably in the morning before I start my day. I close my eyes and envision myself in the future having all the things I want and then I say my affirmations with happiness, gratitude, and confidence.

Here are a few examples of positive affirmations that you can implement into your daily routine and start changing your life…
