One of the best ways to keep yourself motivated, focused, and driven towards your goals, is to have your inspiration in front of you when you wake up. When you keep your dreams in sight, you are constantly reminded of them. They remain at the forefront of your brain and help to start your day with positive intentions to reach your goals.
If you see what you want as soon as you wake up, it will keep your dreams and goals at the forefront of your brain. It will start your day on a positive note and mindset. As well as, ensuring that your why is fixated in your mind.
Create a space next to your bed where you keep a brochure for a new car, a picture of your dream house, a picture of your ideal body, a book on the new business/career venture you want to pursue, etc. Ensure it’s the first thing you see when you wake up and the last thing you see before you go to sleep. You could even create a vision board with several pictures of things you want to achieve in the upcoming year. Whatever is going to inspire you to make a change, keep it next to your bed.
It will make you more determined and motivated towards your goals. You will see a visualisation of your dream life every day, which will inspire you to make positive changes to yourself and your life.
