The majority of people spend way too much time worrying about what they don’t want to happen in their lives, instead of focusing on what they do want. We tend to focus on what we don’t want to happen and the reasons why things won’t work out for us. However, to attract what you want into your life, you need to change your mindset to a more positive one. Ask yourself, “What if it all works out?” and start thinking about everything that could go right in this situation.
We jump to the worst-case scenarios in our heads and obsess over what could go wrong in every situation in our lives. Whether it’s a first date, a new job, meeting our partner’s family for the first time, or starting up our own business etc.
We spend so much time stressing over all the possible negative outcomes and use so much energy that we end up draining ourselves mentally.
Remember
You need to become more positive and change your mindset. Therefore, focus your energy on what you want to happen. Start being more positive about the possible outcomes.
Ask yourself, “What if it all works out!?”. When you focus on the positive outcomes in situations then they are more likely to play out this way. Ultimately, you will attract more positivity into your life, you’ll be less stressed, you’ll be calmer, happier, more attractive, and high energy, etc.
If you’re constantly thinking about what you don’t want to happen then you’ll have a lower and more negative energy. People can sense that around you and you’ll attract more negativity into your life.
It’s time to stop worrying, overthinking, and overanalysing all the time about what could go wrong in situations. You’re torturing yourself and the worst possible outcome is unlikely to happen. However, if it does then you’ve put yourself through the pain and disappointment twice. Remember, you’re more likely to attract negative outcomes when you’re thinking negatively.

These questions will help to guide you into a more positive outlook. Therefore, they will help you to attract more positive outcomes into reality.
