This banana and mixed berries smoothie bowl is ready in only 10 minutes and is packed full of fruit, for a healthy start to your day! If you don’t have frozen fruit you can use fresh fruit and add a couple of handfuls of ice to your blender.

Banana and Mixed Berries Smoothie Bowl
A smoothie bowl made with frozen banana and mixed berries. Topped with fresh banana, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries and chia seeds
Ingredients
- 1 Banana (frozen)
- 150g Mixed fruits (frozen)
- 100ml Milk
To Serve
- 1/2 Banana (sliced)
- 2 Strawberries (sliced)
- Raspberries (handful)
- Blueberries (handful)
- Chia seeds (handful)
Instructions
- Put the banana, mixed fruits and milk into a blender and blend for 30-60 seconds until well combined (the mixture should be a thick consistency, you can add some ice if it's too watery).
- Spoon the mixture into a bowl and top with fresh banana slices, strawberry slices, raspberries, blueberries and chia seeds to your liking, and enjoy.
