Creamy smoothie made with banana, peaches, carrot, vanilla, soya milk and Greek yoghurt.

This super quick and easy banana peach smoothie takes only 10 minutes to prepare! Additionally, it is packed full of goodness, you can use whatever milk you prefer. You can also use tinned peaches if you don’t have any fresh ones. Similarly, you could use frozen bananas if you prefer.

You can enjoy this smoothie for breakfast, a post-workout snack, or a refreshing treat on a warm day. Not only is this smoothie tasty, but it is also nutrient-rich, consequently, this smoothie is incredibly healthy. Furthermore, its quick to prepare, which makes it an excellent choice for busy mornings or a healthy snack option.

Make it Vegan

Simply use your favourite milk alternative and vegan-friendly yoghurt!

Banana and Peach Smoothie

Creamy smoothie made with banana, peaches, carrot, vanilla, soya milk and Greek yoghurt

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Peaches (quartered)
  • 1 Banana (roughly chopped)
  • 1 Carrot (small- grated)
  • 250ml Milk (I used soya)
  • 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Add the peaches, banana, carrot, milk of your choice, Greek yoghurt and vanilla to a blender and blend until smooth (between 30-60 seconds). Pour into a glass and enjoy.
