These indulgent chocolate covered strawberries are super-easy and fun to make and are perfect for date night or special occasions like Valentine’s Day. You can use dark chocolate to cover the strawberries if you prefer!

Chocolate Covered Strawberries
Strawberries dipped and decorated in milk and white chocolate
Ingredients
- 100g Milk chocolate
- 100g White chocolate
- 10 Strawberries
Instructions
- Fill a small sauce pan with 1/3 water and bring to a light simmer. Place a large mixing bowl over the water but so it's not touching it. Break the milk chocolate into small pieces and put in the mixing bowl. Melt the chocolate using a wooden spoon to stir frequently, this should take around 2 minutes.
- Using half the strawberries, hold each one by the stem and dip into the melted milk chocolate, turning until each side is evenly covered. Shake to remove any excess chocolate and place on a small baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. Repeat with the other 4 strawberries.
- Repeat step 1 and 2 with the white chocolate and the remaining uncovered strawberries.
To Decorate
- Use a teaspoon of melted milk chocolate and drizzle over a white chocolate strawberry and repeat for all 5 strawberries. Then use the white chocolate to drizzle over the milk chocolate strawberries. Place the strawberries in the fridge to set for 30 minutes and then enjoy.
