This vegan-friendly chunky guacamole is ready in only 10 minutes! It makes the perfect healthy snack or accompaniment to all of your favourite Mexican dishes! However, if you don’t like spice simply remove the fresh chillies.

Chunky Guacamole
Chunky guacamole made with avocado, red chillies, tomato, onions, coriander, lime and lemon juice
Ingredients
- 150g Avocado (cut into cubes)
- 10ml Lime juice
- 10ml Lemon juice
- 25g Onion (cut into small dices)
- 25g Red onion (cut into small dices)
- 1 Tomato (cut into small dices)
- 1 Red chilli (cut into small dices)
- 1/2 Green chilli (cut into small dices)
- Fresh coriander (1 handful chopped)
Instructions
- Add the avocado, lime juice, lemon juice, onion, red onion, tomato, chillies and fresh coriander to a bowl. Season with a pinch of salt and mix with a spoon until well combined. Serve with your favourite Mexican dishes or tortilla chips for a healthy snack.
