Taking daily action toward your goals will help you to move closer each day to reaching your dreams. Even the smallest of tasks can help to motivate you to transform your life over time. Additionally, one of the most powerful and motivating things you can do is to use visualisation and envision your life as you want it to look. Imagine how much progress you could make with your goals if you worked on them a little every day. In a year you will be so ahead with your dreams and your self-development. Furthermore, you will be so much closer to having everything you want in your life.

  4. What will my relationships be like with others and myself?
  5. How much progress will I have made in my life and my goals?
  6. How much closer to reaching my goals will I be?
  7. What positive outcomes will I experience and how will that make me feel?
  8. What will my life look like if I don’t work towards my goals?
  9. How will that make me feel in a year having made no progress?
  10. What would I want to change a year from now if I hadn’t worked towards my goals?

Envisioning and visualising are powerful tools and help you to feel the emotions you will feel with possible outcomes in your life. Therefore, it’s important to ask yourself how you want to feel. Then, start doing the things that will help you to get closer to those feelings and your goals every day.

You can start small at first and build from there. Even 15 minutes a day working on your goals adds up and is a step in the right direction. Moreover, you will find once you start working on your goals, you’ll get a massive self-esteem boost. Therefore, you will want to spend even more time working on yourself and your goals as time goes on.
