- Read a self-development book instead of watching Netflix one night
- Walk to work or get off public transport a stop earlier a couple of times a week
- Give yourself 10 minutes before you react to something that you don’t like or that upsets you
- Cut down on something that you’re addicted to. You could have 2 fewer cigarettes, fewer fizzy drinks, an alcohol-free day, etc
- Be present with your partner, family, or friends when you’re spending time with them by not using your phone
- Limit your time on social media to 30 minutes a day and use that time to be productive
