Many people give up on their goals and big dreams because they’re too daunting and seem too far out of reach to achieve. Therefore, setting unrealistic goals and timeframes can stop you from making progress with your goals because you will lack direction and focus. However, monthly challenges can help you to stay focused on your goals. Moreover, they prevent you from feeling overwhelmed and enable you to make progress/
It’s easy to forget about the goals that you’ve set for yourself and not even attempt to start them. Moreover, if they’re just an idea or a desire and you have no clear plan of how you’re going to get there. However, by giving yourself monthly challenges and focuses, you’re far more likely to make progress with your goals and stick to working on them.
Therefore, setting yourself a different focus each month will keep you interested and engaged with your goals. Furthermore, it will give you a boost of self-esteem when you achieve them. Additionally, this will make you want to carry on because you will see your progress.
Therefore, you can use each month to work on different areas of your life you want to improve or split one big goal over the year. Therefore, I like to pick different areas because it’s important to have balance in your life. Moreover, if I feel like I’m spending too much time working on one area, the other ones tend to take a back seat, and I stress about my lack of progress with them.
