You may be thinking how is making your bed every day going to accomplish anything other than having a tidy bed!? Well, I’ve learned from personal experience that it actually has a positive impact on my mood, productivity, and self-esteem.

It’s a simple and easy habit to adopt and before you know it, it will become a normal morning routine like brushing your teeth or having a cup of coffee.

Starting your day by accomplishing a small task boosts your mood. It makes you look for other things to do to keep this motivation and feeling going.

By doing this quick task every day you will find that improving your surroundings helps to ease your mind. Having a messy bed and environment makes your mind feel cluttered and subconsciously makes you feel more on edge and stressed.
