Salsa
Ingredients
- 200g Chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 Red onion (roughly chopped)
- 1 Green chilli
- 1 tsp Lime juice
- 1 tsp Coriander
- 1/2 tsp Garlic granules
- 1/2 tsp Chilli flakes
Instructions
- Add the tomatoes, red onion, chilli, lime juice, coriander, garlic and chilli flakes to a blender. Season with salt and pepper to taste and pulse a couple of times.
- Add to a bowl and serve with tortilla chips.
