Mexican salsa made with tomatoes, coriander, garlic, chilli, red onion and lime juice

Ingredients
  

  • 200g Chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 Red onion (roughly chopped)
  • 1 Green chilli
  • 1 tsp Lime juice
  • 1 tsp Coriander
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic granules
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli flakes

Instructions
 

  • Add the tomatoes, red onion, chilli, lime juice, coriander, garlic and chilli flakes to a blender. Season with salt and pepper to taste and pulse a couple of times.
  • Add to a bowl and serve with tortilla chips.
