Kale Chips

Kale chips with garlic and chilli flakes

Cook Time 15 minutes
Total Time 20 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 100g Kale
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic granules
  • 1 tsp Chilli flakes

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to gas mark 5/190℃/375℉. Add the oil, kale, garlic and chilli flakes to a large baking tin. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Toss the kale until well coated. Cook for 10-15 minutes until crispy but not browned. Turning half way through. Serve in a bowl and enjoy.
