Quick and Healthy Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins You’ll Love
Ingredients
- 250g Self-raising flour
- 1 tsp Bicarbonate of soda
- 110g Caster sugar
- 75g Butter (melted)
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Ripe bananas (mashed)
- 100g Chocolate chips
- 125ml Milk
Instructions
- Heat the oven to gas mark 5/190℃/375℉. Put 12 paper cases into a muffin tin. Next, add the flour, bicarbonate of soda, caster sugar and a pinch of salt to a large bowl and mix until well combined. In another bowl, add the butter, vanilla extract, eggs, bananas, chocolate chips and milk, then mix until well combined.
- Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients and pour the wet mixture into the well. Mix until just combined. Cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and a skewer comes out clean. Set on a wire rack to cool and then enjoy.
