I used leftover pulled pork for this recipe but you can make your own from scratch by following my Slow Cooker Barbecue Pulled Pork Sandwich recipe. It also has a recipe for homemade BBQ sauce if you want to make your own from scratch!

Bonfire Night Special: BBQ Pulled Pork Hotdogs with a Twist
Ingredients
- 4 Hotdogs
- 4 Hotdog buns
- Leftover pulled pork
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 4 Spring onions (chopped)
- Dried parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Add the hotdogs to a small saucepan and add cold water until just covered. Bring to a boil and then simmer on medium for a couple of minutes and drain.
- Meanwhile, add your leftover pulled pork to a sauce pan and add the BBQ sauce. Cook on medium for 5 minutes until warmed through.
- Add the hotdogs to the hotdog buns and top with the pulled pork. Add spring onions and a sprinkle of dried parsley. Drizzle American mustard or ketchup to your liking and enjoy.
