Bonfire Night Special: BBQ Pulled Pork Hotdogs with a Twist

Pulled pork hotdogs with BBQ sauce and topped with spring onions and parsley.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Hotdogs
  • 4 Hotdog buns
  • Leftover pulled pork
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 Spring onions (chopped)
  • Dried parsley (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add the hotdogs to a small saucepan and add cold water until just covered. Bring to a boil and then simmer on medium for a couple of minutes and drain.
  • Meanwhile, add your leftover pulled pork to a sauce pan and add the BBQ sauce. Cook on medium for 5 minutes until warmed through.
  • Add the hotdogs to the hotdog buns and top with the pulled pork. Add spring onions and a sprinkle of dried parsley. Drizzle American mustard or ketchup to your liking and enjoy.
