Hummus
Ingredients
- 400g Tin cooked chickpeas (drained)
- 60g Tahini
- 60ml Lemon juice
- 30ml Extra virgin olive oil
- 30ml Water
- 2 Garlic cloves (roughly chopped)
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
To Serve
- 1/4 tsp Paprika (optional)
- Pita bread (optional)
- Tortilla chips (optional)
- Pepper slices (optional)
Instructions
- Add the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, oil, water, garlic and cumin to a blender. Blend until smooth (add a little more water if it's too thick).
- Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with paprika to serve. Enjoy with vegetable sticks, pita or tortilla chips.
