Kale Chips
Kale chips with garlic and chilli flakes
Ingredients
- 100g Kale
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Garlic granules
- 1 tsp Chilli flakes
Instructions
- Heat oven to gas mark 5/190℃/375℉. Add the oil, kale, garlic and chilli flakes to a large baking tin. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss the kale until well coated. Cook for 10-15 minutes until crispy but not browned. Turning half way through. Serve in a bowl and enjoy.
