These pulled pork nachos are super easy to make and are packed full of flavour! You can use leftover pulled pork and barbecue sauce or follow my recipe Slow Cooker Barbecue Pulled Pork Sandwich if you want to make them from scratch.
You can use whatever grated cheese you prefer for the nachos and if you don’t like spice then top with spring onions instead of jalapenos. Barbecue Pulled Pork Nachos
Loaded nachos topped with barbecue pulled pork, red onion, jalapenos, cheese and parsley

Instructions
- Heat grill to medium. Use leftover pulled pork and bottled barbecue sauce to your liking or follow my recipe https://livethequote.com/slow-cooker-barbecue-pulled-pork-sandwich/ to make your own from scratch and add the pulled pork and barbecue sauce to a small saucepan and warm on low for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Place the tortilla chips in a large dish and spread evenly. Top with the barbecue pulled pork, red onions, cheese and jalapenos.
- Place under the grill and cook for around 5 minutes until the cheese has melted. Top with parsley and enjoy.
