The Ultimate Parmesan Fries: A Flavour-Packed Snack
Ingredients
- 435g Maris piper potatoes (cut into fries)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 30g Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp Dried parsley
- 1 tsp Garlic granules
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 190℃. Cut the potatoes into fries and add to a pan with boiling water with a pinch of salt. Boil for 3 minutes and then drain in a colander. Place on kitchen towel to remove excess moisture.
- In a large bowl add 1 tbsp olive oil. Then, add the fries and toss until well coated. Add to the air fryer and cook for 12-15 minutes, turning the fries half way through.
- Remove from the air fryer and add to a large bowl. Add 1 tbsp olive oil, the parmesan cheese, parley and garlic granules. Season with salt and pepper to taste and toss until well combined. Serve and enjoy.
