Amaretto Sours
Amaretto Sours Cocktail made with Amaretto, Lemon Juice, Egg White and Ice
Ingredients
- 60ml Amaretto
- 30ml Lemon juice
- 15ml Egg white (optional)
- Crushed ice
To Serve
- Lemon slice
- Cherry
Instructions
- Add the amaretto, lemon juice and egg white to a shaker with a handful of crushed ice. Shake for 1 minute and serve in a whiskey glass over crushed ice. Top with a slice of lemon and a cherry.
