Quick & Crispy Tortilla Pizza You'll Love

Tortilla pizza with pepperoni, red onion and a blend of cheeses.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tortilla wraps

Pizza Sauce

  • 100g Chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Tomato puree
  • 1 Garlic clove (crushed)
  • 1/2 tsp Dried oregano

Pizza Toppings

  • 50g Pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 Red onion (sliced)
  • 50g Mozzarella
  • 50g Cheddar
  • 1/2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Dried parsley

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to gas mark 6/200℃/400℉. Place the tortilla wraps on pizza trays and cook for 5 minutes, swapping the trays halfway through cooking.
  • Meanwhile, add the tomatoes, tomato puree, garlic and oregano to a blender. Season with salt and pepper to taste and pulse a couple of times until well comibed.
  • Remove the wraps from the oven and spread the tomato sauce evenly across them. Top with the pepperoni and red onion. Sprinkle both the cheese evenly across the top and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Cook in the oven for 5-8 minutes, switching the trays halfway through cooking. Remove from the oven and top with the dried parsley. Slice and enjoy.
