The Ultimate Christmas Cocktail Cranberry & Prosecco Fizz
Christmas cocktail cranberry & processo fizz. Made with prosecco, cranberry juice, cointreau and lemon juice. Also, it's garnished with fresh mint and a sugar rim for the perfect finish.
Ingredients
- 70ml Prosecco
- 70ml Cranberry juice
- 10ml Cointreau
- Lemon juice (dash)
Garnish
- 5g Caster sugar
- Mint sprig
Instructions
- Add the prosecco, cranberry juice, Cointreau and a dash of lemon juice to a glass and stir for a few seconds until combined.
- Grab a chilled martini glass and wet the rim with lemon juice. Add the sugar to a small plate or bowl and roll the rim of the glass in the sugar to create a sugar rim. Add the cocktail to the glass and garnish with a mint sprig and enjoy.
