Ingredients
  

  • 60ml Jack Daniels (or any whiskey of your choice)
  • 30ml Lemon juice
  • 15ml Egg whites (optional)
  • Ice (crushed)

To Serve

  • Slice of lemon

Instructions
 

  • Add the Jack Daniels (or whiskey of your choice, lemon juice, egg white and a handful of crushed ice to a shaker. Shake for 1 minute and serve in a whiskey glass over crushed ice. Add a slice of lemon to the top and serve.
